Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Business Development Associate to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in business development and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Assist in the development of business strategies and plans - Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets - Coordinate and organize business development activities and events - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business initiatives - Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and project management abilities - Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
