Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential business opportunities through market research and analysis. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies. 4. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. 5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve business targets and objectives. 6. Provide input and support on marketing campaigns and initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth. 8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. 4. Creativity and innovation in developing business strategies and solutions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Energetic and driven to achieve targets and goals. 8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
