Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Associates

Job Responsibility
  • Providing inbound and/or outbound sales support for client's product orders
  • Processing payment and client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customers personal and payment informationâs
  • To ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
  • Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
Job Requirements
  • Individuals who can fluently speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Experience in the sales or customer service industry is an added advantage.
  • Responsibilities include handling customers via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply
  • Full Training Provided
  • Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shift
  • Willing to Relocate to Georgetown, Penang.
