Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders into the ERP system in a timely manner
• Handling sales order creation and prepare acknowledgment to customer orders
• Establish communication with internal team in Europe on order fulfillment & delivery arrangement
• Assist in the preparation of both local & oversea customer quotations
• Liaise with the Finance department & Sales team on the collection of payment
• Prepare other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• At least an ITE/diploma in a relevant discipline
• At least 1-2 years of working experience
• Must be bilingual in both English & Chinese in order to communicate effectively with China-based customers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, would be an advantage
