Sales Eecutive

The Role

You will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and identify our customer requirements. Besides dealing with the challenges that come along with this portfolio, you will also experience and contribute to our dynamic working culture.

Below is your job function:

• Identify new opportunities and new markets
• Build customer besides maintain and service existing customers base and create a strong partnership
• Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
• Follow up on quotations submitted
• Track customers' feedback, monitor and analyse our product performance and usage, provide appropriate recommendation/ solutions as necessary
• Provide pre-sales / after-sales service support, including training, expert consultancy, problem resolution, etc
• Conduct market survey to keep abreast of market development and competitor's activities
• Conduct regular internal meetings to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule.
