Position: Sales Engineer (Solar Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to design and customize solar energy systems that meet client requirements and specifications.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and features of solar energy solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the solar industry.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) technology, inverters, and energy storage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
