We are hiring for a Sales Manager

Requirement:-

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related with 5-10 years of working experience in Agricultural Machinery & Forklift Industry

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills with good interpersonal skills.

· Literacy in Engineering & Agricultural Machinery will be an added advantage.

· Proficient in English (Verbal or written), Malay, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

· Willing to travel to the estate.

· Driving license Class D

· Employment type: Full time

Job Description-

· Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, and customer service.

· Execute marketing & budget plan, managing marketing operations to increase profitability and revenue.

· Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

· Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.

· Develop mid-term plans and financial analyses.

· Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.

Working location-based: Sabah
