Key Job Scope:

• Lead sales team in finding new customers, by identifying their needs engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer shares, with create customers’ need that improve customers’ productivity

Job Description

• Lead and assist sales team in their daily sales activities.
• Handle and resolve work conflict (if any), and enhance team spirit.
• Explore current industrial territories to identify new segments & new customers
• Plan and organize solution presentation to identify and fulfill customers’ needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
• Gains customers’ acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational
• Casual Business travelling within Peninsular Malaysia as per required

Job Requirements

• Diploma and above in relevant Engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical/Machinery / industrial sales / oil & gas industry
• Past experience in application machinery & engineering is advantageous
• Required to possess own transport
• Good presentation skills, Product demonstration, Computer literate
