Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Scope

• Look for premium and new potential clients.
• Create a sales plan and provide the staff with training.
• Based on management aims, establish sales targets and KPIs.
• Work together with the sales staff to create methods for acquiring new customers that work.
• Examine historical sales trends and project future sales.
• Create a sales budget by analyzing the market and projecting revenue.
• Keep an eye on spending, look for trends, and devise plans to allocate resources as profitably as possible
• Offer coaching and mentoring to boost team productivity and refine sales strategies.
• Work with management to establish a pricing system that will boost profit margin.
• To prepare and analyze sales report in a timely manner to allow Management keeps track on sales achievement.

Requirements

• Possess Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.)
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in Property Sales
• Possess basic Microsoft knowledge
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Preferably candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice.
