Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets throughout the region.                   Collaborate with product management, production and executive leadership to align on go-to-market strategies.                       
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.                       Negotiate and close major deals with key accounts and strategic customers. Ensure superior customer experience through consultative solution selling. 
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.                   
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.               
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the Industrial & manufacturing industry.             Identify & understand market trends to maintain a competitive edge.  
Ensure the business has accurate & timely competitor analysis to optimise sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
Possess strong sales leadership skills and familiar with industrial markets in Malaysia. 
Sales management experience from an industrial/manufacturing company. 
Results-driven with the ability to work towards competitive sales targets and complete monthly reports. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English & Chinese.   
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
