Job Responsibility

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Conducting market research on competitors.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Handling complaints and negotiations.
Participate of all company sales events.
Collecting payment from customer.
Acquire technical knowledge on product application.
Complete any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Own basic designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw will be advantage.
Candidate possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Good project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as a term.
