Job Responsibility

Follow up/ meeting clientand produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer's needs.
Presenting ideas and concepts to clients according to requirements and budget.
Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
Manage site progress and arrangement.
Manage project costing and work closely with colleagues from relevant departments

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.
At least 3 Year of relevant working experience in interior design industry.
Possess own transport.
