Sales Support Executive

As Regional Sales Coordinator (Sales Support Executive), you will be part of the sales team in the organisation, to plan and manage effective sales and marketing strategies. You will also have the opportunity to work and communicate regionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide support for the manager in the sales/marketing and project follow up activities.
• Perform market data analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Attend meetings if necessary to support manager as well as keeping up to date industry sentiments and market information.
• Work together with manager to prepare sales proposals.
• Prepare rental reports, billing information & contact clients for overdue collections.
• Sourcing and liaising with vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Open for local MY only.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/commercial/ customer service experience. Candidate with containers/ tanks/ or shipping industry will be a value added.
• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering / Technical / Logistics &Transportation, Supply Chain, Maritime, Business or equivalent.
• High level of Integrity and Ethics.
• An independent person who is Self-Driven.
• Organised and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details.
• Ability to manage time well with quick response to a given task.
• Customer oriented with the passion to deal with people in various levels.
• Language Proficiency: English, Malay and Mandarin as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
