Senior Associate, Data Analyst

• Spearhead data analytics initiatives, providing essential insights and reports to facilitate strategic decision-making across business and operational domains.
• Employ advanced analytical techniques to discern data patterns and trends in sales, marketing, operations, and financial activities, contributing to the optimization of key performance indicators.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms to generate actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing business processes and outcomes.
• Conduct thorough analysis and feasibility studies to address evolving business requirements and challenges.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using enterprise-grade tools to visualize and track key metrics across various business functions.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within start-ups, technology, management/strategy consulting, financial services, or e-money/payment industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency in extracting valuable insights from data and numerical analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Data Studio or similar platforms.
• Strong command of database systems, including SQL, Salesforce, etc.
• Familiarity with Talend Studio and KNIME software is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively, while also possessing the autonomy and drive to work independently and deliver results.
