Wedding Sales Manager

Event Management (Marketing & Communications)

We are looking for experienced, ambitious, and passionate sales professionals to join our growing team in a fast-paced Asia-wide company. We are seeking exceptional sales personnel who can jump right in and start promoting wedding packages to brides and grooms from around the world. We have various sales positions available, depending on your experience.

For the right candidate, the opportunity offers exposure to international markets, WFH and office environments, and the opportunity to travel to exotic wedding locations around Asia.

Responsibilities:

I. Wedding Planning and Sales (B2C):

• Handle enquiries from different communication channels (email, live chat, social media, etc)
• Act as a consultant and assist couples to find wedding venues, wedding vendors, accommodations, etc.
• Acquire quotations from hotels/vendors and create wedding proposals/packages that will suit the wedding couple's needs
• Convert wedding inquiries to actual bookings with monthly KPIs

II. Data management (CRM)

• Update website content and wedding offers from vendors
• Database upkeep

Requirements (Desired Skills):

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Service-minded and sales oriented
• Ability to negotiate and handle customer objections
• Experience in building strong relationships with business vendors
