Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing a team of accounting professionals, and implementing strong internal controls.

Description

Financial Reporting:Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the current financial standard.Oversee the closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.Preparation of financial statement.Work closely with internal audit to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Internal Controls:Develop and implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.Manage the company's relationship with external auditors.Financial Analysis:Analyze financial statements to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.Prepare forecasts and budgets to support financial planning.Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of cost savings or revenue improvement.Other Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.Prepare tax provisions and work with external tax advisors.Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.Maintain strong relationships with other departments within the company (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations).

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or equivalent a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting standard.Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
