A reputable Company in Malaysia is hiring for Application Support Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Having more than 3 years working experience and above working as Application Support Specialist/Software Developer
  
• Good experience in diagnosing troubleshooting solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications with SLAs
  
• Good IT Software Applications and Infrastructure background to understand both functional and technical specifications
  
• Work closely with Project Manager Software Developers and Business Stakeholders for process improvement and delivering highquality standards & products
  
• Having exposure in programming languages such as .Net Java Phyton PHP and SQL database exposure would be an added advantage
  
• Able to manage and troubleshoot software application issues and challenges with proactive communication to the stakeholders
  
• Good analytical problemsolving skills to resolve issues as well as providing shortterm and longterm solutions
  
• A team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
