Job Requirements - Play an integral part and responsible for defining and developing the vent department growth plan by strengthening sales and services and client excellence – including identification of key commercial objectives, strategy, tactics, potential risks, and industry opportunities.
- A key driver to drive strategies and take lead responsibility for the retention and growth of client accounts to reach annual revenue and margin targets.
- Take the lead role in developing department value-proposition showcasing our event services, pitching ideas for competitive advantage.
- An effective communicator who can build strong relationship with keys clients contacts at a senior and strategic level to earn more about their event needs and challenges, gaining in mutual trust and respect.
- A navigator and have strong experience in creating and designing event programs, branding, content out the box ideas and creative approaches to improving audience engagement and interaction.
- Passion to motivate and building a high preforming team, and able to recognize and respects each team members efforts and ideas.
- Enjoy your role as a mentor, coach and lead your team with clear direction and focus on their roles and responsibilities set to achieve associated target and metrics.
- A tactful leader that consistently demonstrate tact, diplomacy, maturity, and professionalism in relating and dealing with your team at all levels.
