Job Description

Job Purpose:

As the Brand Manager at The Staging Team, you will be focusing on developing and executing the strategies and plans that establish brand consistency, and increasing sales.

Roles:

• Develop marketing strategies and plans

• Organise and execute campaigns and events

• Develop content-based campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new customers

• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities to promote our services to engage and attract new customers.

• Create contents and manage our social media accounts with regular updates: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and any potential platforms

• Track, monitor and report overall social media performances.

• Build contents, manage & maintain our website

• Engage and follow up with prospective customers and convert leads to sales.

• Develop referral and affiliate programs and campaigns to engage with relevant groups/companies/communities/agents to introduce our services

Job Requirements

• Having a minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing / sales.

• Diploma/Degree Holder

• Fluent in spoken and written English. Malay and Mandarin will be a bonus.

• A love for adding value to a property, making it desirable to the tenants
