As a BD Executive at Kazehi Global, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey by will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by spearheading the acquisition and development of our client base.
We are searching for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships and exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in our continued success, developing and executing strategic account plans to acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue: Develop strategic account plans, identify high-value leads, and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Become a client expert: Consult with clients, understand their challenges, and develop solutions.
- Be a hunter: Identify and qualify high-value leads through a comprehensive prospecting strategy. This may involve a combination of inbound and outbound activities, such as cold calling, leveraging industry knowledge to target ideal customers, and attending industry events to build relationships.
- Close deals & build trust: Cultivate strong working relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate for success: Work with internal Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure a unified client experience.
- Stay sharp: Track metrics, analyze trends, remain informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- An extremely performance-oriented and sales-driven individual that can expect to be remunerated generously through sheer hard-work and effort
- A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience and knowledge about government grants. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota is essential.
- An in-depth understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to implement effective sales methodologies to achieve optimal results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the charisma to captivate clients and inspire confidence.
- A keen ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients at all levels.
- Superior time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspaces is essential
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
- Able to do cold calls and find leads on your own
- 2 months probation before confirmation
- Additional commission if target is exceeded
