Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Sunago Education. This role will focus on driving the sales of our online English training programs to adult learners and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Identify and target potential clients, including adult learners seeking English language proficiency improvement and companies interested in enhancing their employees' English skills.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments related to online English training, and use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance using CRM software, and provide regular reports and analysis to management to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
