This position requires a full stack cloud lead developer who can lead a team to pioneer building well-architected cloud applications using containerized and several technologies. Our team uses a wide variety of AWS services to deliver critical Mission functions to Production using agile development principles. If you are passionate as developer and friendly with NodeJs / Net. / Back End, we need you for this role !

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to build full stack applications to be deployed in the cloud.
• Leading development of project workstreams, mentoring less experienced developers.
• Lead and manage technical issue resolution, work together with team member to arrive at feasible solution
• Ensure critical system is secured and high availability, and stable with effective application monitoring.
• Leading application support activities including production incident resolution and application monitoring.
• Gatekeeper for team source code. Review and merge developer code before production rollout.
• Attend meeting with business and IT stakeholder, provide effort estimation and solution for change request, unplanned business demand
• Work with solution architect and provide design feasibility input, current pain points, cost impact
• Ensure application is secured, vulnerabilities fixed, latest patch applied, audit finding addressed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum with Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant background.
• 3 years of experience developing application with Nodejs and 1 year of Node.Js
• Experience with developing large-scale distributed cloud systems:
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages/libraries/frameworks (NodeJs, Tailwind)
• Knowledge of backend languages/libraries/frameworks (Nodejs)
• Experience developing with microservices, server less Lambda, API Gateways, DynamoDB will be added advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A desire to help lead organizational change.
