Responsibilities

• Be Incredibly Fun and Creative
• Encourage the generation of unique and entertaining ideas for video content.
• Foster a vibrant and energetic atmosphere within the content creation team.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing Team
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to understand consumer preferences and identify compelling topics for content creation.
• Ensure seamless communication channels to incorporate sales/marketing insights into content strategies.
• Strategic Content Planning
• Develop monthly content plans that align with clients' brand messages and goals.
• Emphasize the importance of a cohesive and consistent narrative across different social media platforms.
• End-to-End Content Creation
• Oversee the entire content creation process, from brainstorming and conceptualizing to video production and social media posting.
• Ensure content quality, relevance, and consistency across various channels.
• Deep Understanding of Marketing
• Stay well-informed about marketing trends, industry updates, and social media platform changes.
• Utilize various sources, including industry studies, interviews, and online research, to enhance marketing knowledge.
• Collaboration with Creative and Digital Terms
• Work collaboratively with creative and digital terms to align content with broader campaign strategies.
• Foster a cross-functional approach to achieve business goals through integrated marketing activities.
• Stay Abreast of Digital Trends
• Actively monitor emerging social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends.
• Implement innovative technologies to elevate brand awareness in the dynamic digital landscape.

• At least a Diploma in Marketing/Advertising, Business or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding of how Social Media value adds to a business/brand
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Bahasa
• Malaysia
• Energetic, fun, loves to talk andenjoy in front of a camera
• Digital savvy, Graphic design skills, product photography, video-editing and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (ie: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practises
