Content Developer (E-Learning)

We are looking for an experienced Content Developer to help us to source, evaluate, organize, and manage online educational content related to parenting, K-12 education as well as adult / continuous learning. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure the content meets the specific needs of learners at various stages of education and professional development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and identify high-quality educational resources, including articles, videos, interactive activities, simulations and assessments suitable to parenting, K-12 learning and professional development
• Assess the relevance, accuracy, credibility, and effectiveness of the educational materials, make sure that it is aligned with curriculum standards, learning objectives, and target audience needs
• Organize educational content into learning modules or courses, taking into account the diverse learning styles, preferences and accessibility requirements
• Regularly review and update content to reflect current trends, best practices and advancements in the subject matter
• Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to integrate content seamlessly into instructional materials and learning experiences
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and educational innovations to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in content development

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience (at least 2 years) in content development and management preferably for e-learning environments
• Strong understanding of educational theories, learning principles, and instructional design models applicable to parenting, K-12 education and continuous learning
• Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational frameworks
• Proficiency in using content management systems, digital repositories and online collaboration tools
