Conveyancing Lawyer/ Chambering Student

Job Description:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER 1) To handle legal document in matters related to sub-sales, discharge, perfection of charge / transfer, and other conveyancing matters ;
2) To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and other parties involved;
3) To maintain / updated file status in a timely manner; and
4) To assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so.
5) Responsible, Knowledgeable and Good Communication skills CHAMBERING STUDENT 1) To assist lawyers generally
2) To conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
3) Must be honest, diligent, meticulous and with good attitude
4) Good research and analytical skills
5) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifications and Requirements:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER 1) With an experience of 2 years and above in conveyancing, and SPA documents;
2) Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. CHAMBERING STUDENT 1) Possess valid Bachelor Degree in Law with Hons
2) Candidate with own transport will be advantage
