Conveyancing Lawyer/ Conveyancing Clerk/ Pupil/Chambering Student

Job Description:

1) Conveyancing Lawyer
- locate at KL HQ
- able to handle sub-sale, developer project, loan and other conveyancing matters;
- able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, with minimal supervision;
- able to do advisory work and prepare legal opinion on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and financing related matter;
- able to provide legal advice and draft agreements on matters relating to corporate and commercial matter will be an advantage. 2) Conveyancing Clerk
-to liaise with client, banker/ agent, developers and various government bodies
- to handle sub-sales, developer project, loan and other conveyancing matters.
- able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences, report and update to Lawyers/Partners 3) Pupil/Chambering Student
- will be under supervision of experienced Partners who shall guide in all areas of law in preparation for legal practice;
- Must be passionate about the law.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Conveyancing Lawyer
-min 3 years experience, focusing on subsale and project and with experience in Corporate & Commercial related matter;
-Good interpersonal and interaction skills;
- being outspoken, being goal-oriented;
- willing to travel (including out of state) & possess own transport 2) Conveyancing Clerk
- minimum 2 years experience
- responsible and dedicated in work 3) Pupil/Chambering Student
- Recognised academic and professional qualifications for law practice in Malaysia;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Written and spoken proficiencies in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be advantageous;
- Must be resilient, diligent and hardworking;
- Possess own transport.
