Penerangan Pekerjaan - Conveyancing Lawyer/ Conveyancing Clerk/ Pupillage

Job Description:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER 1) To handle SPA and loans files for direct purchase with Developer and sub-sales;
2) To handle perfection of transfer and charge or discharge matter;
3) Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time;
4) Researching and analysing documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure;
5) Any other matter related to conveyancing. CONVEYANCING CLERK 1) Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing documents;
2) Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies and related parties;
3) Monitor and follow up closely with all the files;
4) Draw up loan/ SPA documents and preparing relevant forms/ correspondence documents related with the loan / SPA;
5) To monitor loan / SPA files from the initial stage till the completion;
6) Handle matters ranging from Developers work, sub-sales & loan documentations;
7) Ensure to complete any task/ file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty;
8) Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with clients, bank officers and property agents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

CONVEYANCING LAWYER 1) Possess valid Practicing Certificate;
2) Familiar with conveyancing documentations such as SPA, Loan and bank portals;
3) Committed, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines;
4) Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
5) Good in time management and able to meet tight deadline. CONVEYANCING CLERK 1) Minimum 2 years of working experience in conveyancing. However fresh graduate interested to learn about conveyancing task are encouraged to apply too;
2) Able to work with minimum supervision;
3) Good communication skills and a team player;
4) Good typing skill and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
5) Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
6) Familiar with latest procedure and system of land office/ LHDN/ SSM/ OA and other related bodies/ authorities;
7) Familiar with bank online system for documentation and procedure.
