Job Scope & General Purpose of Job:
1. In-charge of the hotel cost and assets.
2. Take care of F&B Cost, store, purchasing, receiving, issusing of Hotel assets.
3. Manage all responsible areas accurately, report and summarize all cost concerns.
4. Assist and support all cost information for the Financial Manager to develop the management report.
5. Lead the team performance to achieve the department's and hotel's goals.
6. Plan and manage all hotel cost concern.
7. Organize the cost and asset of controlling system.
8. Organize the store and receiving system.
9. Manage the F&B cost function.
10. Maintain standard of all responsible areas.
Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:
1. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
2. Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team.
3. Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
4. Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
5. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
