Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Hiredly, you will be pivotal in driving our data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring that our platform continually adapts to the needs of our users. Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute SQL queries to access and manipulate data across our databases.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets using SQL, DBT, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Develop and maintain accurate data models and dashboards to track and visualize key metrics and KPIs critical to our business operations.
• Conduct detailed A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide product enhancements, optimize user experience, and refine our market fit.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and implement data-driven strategies that elevate product performance.
• Extract actionable insights from event data, leveraging tools like GA4 BigQuery and robust event tracking mechanisms to drive improvements.
• Analyze customer behavior patterns, focusing on job application trends, job discovery, and user retention, to identify strategic business opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics for stakeholders across the company with BI tools like PowerBI, Metabase, Ligthdash, etc.
• Utilize Python for advanced data analyses and automate data processes to support ongoing business needs.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences, using data storytelling techniques to ensure understanding and engagement.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Metabase, and Lightdash; familiarity with Looker Studio is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
• Solid understanding of event analytics tools like GA4 BigQuery and experience in tracking user interactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data-driven insights in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
