Developer - .Net

The successful candidate is an overachiever with a passion for building elegant cloud technological solutions in C# to simplify people's lives. They will work in a cross-functional agile team that includes UX designers, product owners and other talented developers. In their wider team, they will interact with peers across the globe, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia. What you'll be doing... Reporting to an R&D Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Student Management team by: * Working with other Developers, UX Designers and Business Analysts to design elegant, smart and simple technology solutions that exceed expectations.
* Writing simple, elegant code that is robust, scalable, testable and simple to maintain.
* Undertaking research, tech spiking, and developing innovative technical designs.
* Building deep and 'hands-on' understanding of TechnologyOne products. You will become an expert in your product's functionality, design, and architecture, adding value to every team discussion.
* Applying best practice software quality practices, including test automation, to ensure the team meets its quality and performance objectives. Your Talents... * A passion for technology and agile software development, along with an eagerness to delve into any problem
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders
* Experience with designing systems at scale that work well under load and at a high level of performance
* Solid software development skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL
* Desirable experience in continuous integration, Bitbucket, GIT, Jira, and Confluence.
* Desirable experience in other large ERP applications such as Workday, Tribal SITS, Oracle or SAP
