Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Optimise conversion rates through intuitive UX-UI.
• Create visually stunning digital designs for various platforms and channels.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights for informed design decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into projects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay ahead of the game with blockchain associated design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluent in the UX Process and demonstrates a strong understand of UX best practices such as mobile-first and responsive design.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences.
• Proficient in visual design demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, colours, hierarchy, font usage and graphical elements.
• Demonstrates core practices of brand design: Logo design, typography & visual elements.
• Expands their brand capability such as 3D design, iconography, animation etc.
• Proficient in all mediums of design including branding, advertising, online and print.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and take constructive feedback.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies.
