Director of I. & Automation

Develop I4.0 toolboxes and automation capability to support BEautomation roadmap. Manage a team of project managers, developers, etc.
In your new role you will:

• Lead Automation Development Engineering Team to design process andsystem automation to maximize the manufacturing efficiency through Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Lead and manage the site’s Automation team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Spearhead the design and deployment of Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced technologies to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs aligning to business targets.
• Provide technical expert guidance and mentorship to the Automation Development, Deployment,System Integration, Project Managgement & Sustaining Team.
• Manage budgets, manage supplier teams, and optimize automation hardware and software design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions and data analytics for enhanced production performance.
• Implement best practices and standardization for automation development processes, resulting in increased productivity and reduced lead times.
• Mentor and develop team members, foster a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay abreast of the latest automation technologies and trends.
• Implementation experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Lights-Out Automation in the manufacturing environment.
• Implementation experience in Smart Dispatch System, Robotic Automation with ARV (Automatic Robotic Storage), Storage Automation, ASRS, Material Management System, Systems integration, etc

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technical field
• Relevant working experience andknowledge in semiconductor industry
• Proven track record in achieving high harvest benefit and operationalcost savings from I4.0.
