Executive Assistant

Dear Hustlers is a brand strategy company led by an award-winning brand strategist. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the brand strategist in helping clients like business owners, startup founders, and CEOs in transforming their corporate brands into high-conversion brands. Your responsibilities will include: Content marketing:

• Assisting the founder/brand strategist in maintaining the brand image as a brand expert
• Researching and brainstorming content ideas with the founder across LinkedIn, Instagram, and podcasts
• Content creation, including taking photos, recording videos, and simple editing
• Coordinate podcasts/interviews and event appearances

Brand building:

• Tracking and following up on clients' brand transformation progress
• Arranging and coordinating client meetings
• Preparing meeting materials and facilitating meetings to ensure objectives are met
• Support the success of clients' brand transformation progress by reviewing their work, coordinating/connecting them with our recommended designers, developers, marketers

• To efficiently support the brand clients, you need to have proven/related experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• To enable the productivity of the founder and brand strategist, you need to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. (e.g., proficient in project management tools like Notion, Trello, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, photography/videography, basic video editing).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for brand building and a desire to contribute to the success of brands.
