Description

Areca Systems is looking for a talented and detail-oriented full stack developer to help us grow our team. In this role, you will work closely in an interdisciplinary team of developers, designers and product managers to build delightful digital products without compromising your own initiative and intuition.

You will be instrumental in building and maintaining product features from start to finish and take significant ownership of the technical side of the products.

Requirements

On the technical front, you must have :

• At least 2 year of programming experience in JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, CSS or other languages.
• Open on working with frameworks and libraries like Electron, Vue, Bootstrap, Ruby on Rails, etc.
• Experience using Git.
• Understanding of Unix/Linux systems.
• Understanding of database design and data modeling.

It would be a bonus if you:

• Have contributed to open source projects.
• Have built and launched web or mobile applications from scratch.

Responsibilities

As Full Stack Developer, you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. 

• You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. 
• You'll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. 
• You'll write reusable and maintainable code. 
• You'll optimize web design for mobile for maximum speed. 
• You'll also perform UI tests to optimize performance. 

Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the stability and user experience of our products.
