Full-Stack Developer

This role offers the unique opportunity to develop scalable DeFi, Web3, and blockchain products, working as part of a cross-functional team through the full software development life cycle. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with development teams and product managers to create innovative software solutions.
* Design appealing and responsive front-end architectures.
* Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
* Manage well-functioning databases and applications for scalability.
* Implement effective APIs and test software for responsiveness and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications to enhance functionality.
* Ensure mobile responsive design and perform high-quality application design and architecture.
* Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards and development best practices. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks, including JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
* Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and web servers (Nginx).
* Experience with blockchain languages such as Solidity and Rust is highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of modern vanilla JavaScript best practices. Good-to-Have Bonus Points: * Experience with EVM or Solana-based dApps using Rust.
* A track record of deploying customer-facing software into production.
* A proactive approach to staying informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Skills in DevOps automation and designing secure, robust data protection measures.
* Familiarity with current blockchain and Web3 technology trends.
