Graduate Training Programme

In your new role you will: 1. Responsible for production planning and logistics operation for the assigned Products
2. To Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure right wafers with right quality are started and delivered to right destination.
3. Review suppliers’ planning and logistics area periodically, generate ideas to make the collaboration more efficient and robust
4. Generate and communicate demand plan and obtain commitments from Supply chain planners and inhouse
5. Work on automated report creation to improvise identified manual task or working file
6. Monitor and measure high ageing production lots in supply chain flow in systematic way

You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1. Degree in Business, Supply chain, IT related or equivalent with good academic results
2. Fresh are strongly recommended to apply for this position
3. Good Knowledge on Production Planning, Cycle Time and On time Delivery
4. Able to communicate well and work together with all level of people
5. Posses good analytical skills to perform deviation management
6. Familiar with SAP, Tableau, VBA which are required to support daily operation and report development and creation
