IT Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the IT infrastructure of the company's data center, overseeing network, servers, databases, storage, and security for operational stability and high availability.
• Create and deploy a system monitoring application to establish early warning protocols, detect issues promptly, and elevate IT service standards.
• Enhance IT operational and maintenance systems, refining processes and standards to boost efficiency and quality of work.
• Assess business operational requirements, deliver technical support and solutions for maintenance, and ensure swift and steady business growth.

Job Requirements

• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, with CCIE/CCNP or HCIE/HCNP certification.
• Preferred candidates fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in supervising teams of 20+ individuals, and cross-regional management experience is advantageous.
• Technical proficiency in fundamental computer concepts, adept in networks, IT equipment, cloud services, and skilled in application and infrastructure design.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills, adept at coordinating project delivery with various teams, extensive experience in establishing national multi-center operation systems.
