IT Support Specialist

Job Scope

- Network Technical & Internet Monitoring

- Hardware Equipment Coverage Includes of All Intel Based Servers, NASs, Networks Switches and WiFi Access Points including of Wintel OS, Equipment Built-in Software & The Necessary Software Updates & Drivers Upgrade Support

- Basic PCs/Notebook Hardware Troubleshooting and OS Support on Endpoint Software Related

- Liaise with Telcos/ISPs on Modem or WiFi Router Troubleshooting & Internet Gateway Connection Checking including of The Neccessary Internal Wiring Tracing/Tracking, Labeling & Connectivity Testing Within the Server Room
