Java Back End Developer

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and integrate new features, component in Java EE / Spring boot framework applications. Scale and maintain the backend services. Focus on performance and code efficiency. Analyze business requirements and define the scope of software development. This also includes developing interactive prototype and mock-ups. Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes. Play proactive support role and take ownership in technical issues and ability to work with internal and external team to resolve / address the relevant solution or issue. Gather, document and analyze business requirements in order to help define scope of software development initiatives. May include web/mobile page mock-ups and interaction prototyping. Produce and maintain documentation related to application software (e.q. scope requirements, logical and technical designs, testing and implementation plans). Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes related to client and user reported issues. Qualifications: Experienced in Java Core or latest Java programming language. Familiar in development as well as implemented applications using multiple RDBMS such as MSSQL and Oracle DB. Hands on experience in Spring Boot, web services such as REST API and MQ integration. Have knowledge in Linux / Unix OS.
