Job Description

The primary role is to:

• Lead the design & development of applications and integration of 3rd party tools & platforms.

• A technical subject matter expert having strong understanding of building native mobile & responsive web application & backend platforms.

• Ensures on-time and high quality delivery of systems

The responsibilities are to:

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle

• Build scalable and high-performance web services with clean, maintainable codes.

• Provide live support to respective stakeholders and their applications.

• Stay up-to-date with latest technology and industry trends.

• Define solution design & system architecture for customer facing & backend application and document the details in technical design & solution document

• Conduct technology benchmarking and industry analysis to align the strategic direction.

• Conceptualize and verbalize the benefits of technology in solving real business problems.

• Ensure high performance and utility of services.

• Develop and build services with a focus on business value and usability.

• Develop systems with scalability and flexibility in mind.

• Improve software quality using agile practices such as code review, unit testing and integration testing.

• Prepare architectural and other technical documents.

• Troubleshooting of bugs and enhancing of software.

• Manage current operational databases and applications.

• Write effective Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.

• Design high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

• Perform development from client (mobile), server-end applications and database table creation, stored procedures scripting.

• Provide support to SIT and UAT, investigate and resolve technical issues reported in projects.

• Conduct system and performance management, application vulnerability management and control, software release management.

• Plan and commission production system implementation.

• Evaluate business requirements and develop solution designs ensuring alignment to business requirements, business processes and best practices for effective software development.

• Define, document, and build scalable products, features, and API interfaces online and cross domain applications.

• Document processes, writing of software design specifications and use cases.

• Proactively leads, guides, influences for providing feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of critical importance for achieving the best solution(s) to meet the business objectives

• Carry out Impacts Analysis of all designs effecting all systems and interfaces.
