Junior Specialist/Specialist

Job purpose In the role as Developer for Test Automation you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Test Automation for the Cluster. Because of the existing automation experience in any automation tools e.g. Selenium, HP UFT, Katalon, Cypress and PlayWright is needed for this role. A knowledge of XML and host knowledge would be helpful. Knowledge of Octane, Jenkins should be provided as well as understanding of Test automation. Besides this the candidate should be able to understand the test architecture. By doing this the candidate needs to collaborate with business experts to understand payment transactions and other testers organized in an agile setup. Key Activities Main Tasks: * Conceptualizing, developing the Test automation architecture
* Implementing Test Automation for the Cluster, using tools like HP UFT, Octane, Jenkins.
* Ensuring consistency with the Test automation framework for all the Test areas within the cluster, complying with the bank infrastructure regulations.
* Continuously developing Test Automation approach for new topics/ areas, coordinating requirements/specifications from the cells. Main Skills: * You understand the business requirements regarding automated tests and provide solutions for the implementation in the test automation.
* Development : Good knowledge on creating and maintaining scripts for test automation using HP UFT, VB Script, Octane
* Test Automation Architecture : High knowledge of experience with designing and developing Test Framework. Support the test automation team.
* CI/CD : Good knowledge experience with CI/CD pipelines e.g. Octane, Jenkins, Bitbucket, HP ALM
* Business Analysis : Good knowledge of experience in analyzing Test requirements and coordination skills to support PO to organize team backlog.
* Communication Skills : Good knowledge about presentation methods and presentation tools Additional Skills: * Host Development : Basic knowledge about host access scripting
* Agile Software Development / Scrum / Kanban : Basic knowledge in participating in scrum ceremonies and adopt agile work principles.
* Jira, Confluence : Basic knowledge with these tools that are used to organize your work, documentation / knowledge base, etc. Formal Education * Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology Specialist knowledge (work experience, further qualification): * Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems.
* Proactively driving projects and tasks to deliver results.
* Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients need.
