As a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive, your primary focus is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and simultaneously strengthen the Stampede is Family culture by ensuring a great end-to-end employee experience! Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Create & publish job ads through various portals (ie Linkedin, Hiredly, Jobstore, etc.)
- Screening resumes effectively and shortlists for initial phone screening
- Direct sourcing by searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
- Conduct interviews, phone screenings, and Teams video calls to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, discuss effective hiring strategies, and guide on recruitment-related matters
- Understand job descriptions & requirements for accurate & effective hiring
- Develop a recruitment database & talent pools of potential candidates for future job requirements
- Effectively communicate with candidates on time (e.g. confirming receipt of the application, rejection emails, etc.)
- Facilitate new employee onboarding process to ensure employees gain an understanding of corporate culture, benefits plan, etc.
- Participate in organizing all the fun Great Place to Work (GPW) employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting the HR Manager with a variety of responsibilities and special projects.
- Performs other People / HR-related duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Recruiter; either in-house Recruiter or staffing agency
- Technical / IT recruitment experience will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, resourceful, committed, and resilient as you will be working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of staff
- Proactive in finding solutions related to Talent Acquisition and other HR-related matters
- Able to work independently as well as in a team when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Posses positive energy, good communicator, and a relationship builder
