Role Description

As a Content Learning Specialist at Respond.io ( you will play a crucial role in our Product Department by creating and delivering programs and content that enhance product knowledge and effectiveness for team members and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for learning materials related to our SaaS platform.
• Write, design, and produce engaging video content that simplifies complex software features into user-friendly learning experiences.
• Edit videos to incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather information and verify content accuracy.
• Manage the entire production process from conceptualization to publishing on various educational tools and platforms.
• Handle stakeholder communications related to content creation and rollout.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the learning materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, Media & Communications, Product, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a learning and development role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and the ability to design engaging and effective training contents and programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), video editing software, and webinar tools.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for learning and development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
