Your Role:

1.      Do development work based on the requirement analysis given.

2.      To assist the development team in handling calls and other means of communications (WhatsApp, email, etc) from clients.

3.      To assist in performing the first level of support on enquiries, problems or issues raised by clients.

4.      To help in gathering additional information from clients and to troubleshoot on issue raised to determine the next cause of action.

5.      To record, co-ordinate, update and manage the Request for Service (RFS) System

6.      To maintain good communication and a healthy relationship with clients at all times

7.      To handle programs, scripts, web services, API, integration, data and other fixing or modification require as deemed fit to resolve problems or issues raised through the RFS System

8.      To report, co-ordinate, manage and monitor progress from vendor if problem or issue discovered is originated from the framework/platform that the vendor provides or the application was developed by the vendor.

Must Have Skills

1.      Some relevant experience in MS-SQL Database Programming including data modeling, developing Stored Procedures/Triggers, Cursors, Functions, Joins, Views, etc.

2.      Good knowledge in designing algorithms and flowcharts

3.      The ability to review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs

4.      The ability to design, configure and implement low-code application along with workflow solutions with high-quality standards and proper unit tests

5.      The ability to identify flaws/weaknesses/slowness in existing programs and able to develop these enhancements/modifications for improvement

6.  Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics

7.  Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

8.  Maintaining system documentation requirements
