Manager, Onsite Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ZALORA's onsite channels, including the App, Web, and Mobile Web platforms
• Lead the onsite management team across MY,SG,HK & TW countries and own the day to day onsite campaigns, projects , AB tests and all other onsite management activities 
• Lead and project manage mega event campaigns, microsites, gamification and  projects across various business functions 
• Collaborate closely with the Tech team on feature enhancements to drive optimal user experience as well as workflow efficiency across multiple systems & platforms
• Be the main point of contact with the engineering team to address technical issues and implement enhancements or updates to the systems
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders from various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to align on project objectives and priorities ensuring successful project delivery within tight deadline
• Plan, execute, and analyze AB test experiments to optimize website content, user experience, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the growth team to define hypotheses, set up experiments, and interpret results.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of onsite campaigns and other initiatives, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce channel management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with AB testing and analytics tools.
• Experience in content management tools is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
