Penerangan Pekerjaan - Operation Manager

1. Audit

1.1 Internal Audit:

  • Establish/update framework for regular internal audits of primary and support processes.
  • Plan annual internal audits, inform concerned parties, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Initiate and organize unplanned internal audits.
  • Collaborate with process responsibility to formulate solutions and action plans for audit findings, ensuring regular follow-up.

1.2 External Audit:

  • Ensure timely preparation for external audits.
  • Take timely action based on conclusions and recommendations of external auditors.

1.3 Vendor Audit/Customer Audit:

  • Establish/update supplier/customer audit framework.
  • Plan regular audits, inform relevant parties, and ensure effective implementation.

2. Process Efficiency:

  • Monthly review and analysis of KPIs for performance and overall efficiency.

3. Manage Customer Claims Related to Quality:

  • Audit customer requirements on a daily basis.
  • Develop/update non-conforming and CAPA procedures.
  • Ensure follow-up by all departments.
  • Periodically conduct analysis of customer claims, provide analysis conclusions and solutions during management meetings.
  • Ensure regular tracking of solution implementation.

4. Verification:

  • Ensure timely process validation according to set requirements and methods.

5. Environmental Compliance:

  • Lead and organize the company’s environmental compliance implementation.

6. Compliance of Company Policies and Procedures with the Law:

  • Audit and formulate company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure full implementation of local and company policies and procedures, and compliance with all departmental activities.

7. Product Documentation and Implementation:

  • Develop production documents.
  • Develop files for changing orders.

8. Non-Conformity Management:

  • Manage framework and requirements for non-conformity management.

9. Budget:

  • Prepare departmental budgets.
  • Ensure activities of all departments align with the budget.

10. Technological Development Strategy:

  • Develop strategy on technological development.
  • Ensure effective implementation through annual planning and control.

11. Improvement and Maintenance of Equipment:

  • Regular maintenance and non-planned repair of equipment.
  • Equipment improvement, upgrading, and investment.
  • Ensure full and timely technical support to meet product quality requirements.

12. Investment Planning and Implementation:

  • Set up requirements and investment priorities for cost-effective equipment replacement.
  • Review requests for investment and get approval from General Manager.
  • Purchasing/ordering of technical equipment.
  • Upgrade/development of technical skills and competencies.
  • Ensure timely equipment installation and documentation.

13. Efficiency Improvement of Technological Processes:

  • Regularly analyze possibilities, set up targets for improvement.
  • Plan and develop technological processes.
  • Ensure regular control and analysis of work time quotas and efficiency of methodology.

14. Product Technical Development and Implementation:

  • Develop test development and test equipment.
  • Monitor production documentation.
  • Ensure effective customer communication.
  • Evaluate change orders and new requests, control technical changes.

15. Business Intelligence:

  • Analyze opportunities/trends.
  • Keep updated on new technologies.
  • Propose new technologies/methods.

16. Personnel and Performance Management:

  • Establish departmental KPIs.
  • Develop reporting framework.
  • Plan department resources and identify training needs.
  • Ensure implementation of training plans and performance improvement.

17. Environmental Responsibility:

  • Responsible for maintenance and protection of the internal and external environment of the company, and abide by the company’s environmental management policy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics;

2. Over 10 years of experience in plant quality manager or operation manager position, preferred with experience in electronics industry;

3. Familiar with ISO quality system, 8D, FMEA, APQP and other quality management tools;

4. Have a deep understanding of the quality management process, management means and mode of modern enterprises, and dare to accept the challenge of overall quality improvement of entrepreneurship enterprises;

5. Familiar with quality management system and operation rules, careful and rigorous, good at communicating with people, initiative, good team spirit and leadership ability, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, good quality project management ability;

6. Have technical or manufacturing experience in EMS industry;

7. Skillful use of basic office software and excellent oral and written English
