Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Test Analyst to join our testing team. The candidate will support performance testing activities including test scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand application and business requirements.
2. Prepare and execute performance test scenarios.
3. Develop and maintain performance test scripts.
4. Analyse performance test results and identify potential issues.
5. Prepare performance test reports and documentation.
6. Work with application, development and testing teams to resolve performance-related issues.
7. Assist with other testing activities, including Test Automation when required.

Requirements

1. Malaysian citizen only.
2. Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
3. 6 months – 1 year of experience in Performance Testing.
4. Hands-on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
5. Basic understanding of Load Testing, Stress Testing and Performance Analysis.
6. Exposure to Dynatrace, AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools is an advantage.
7. Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
8. Willing to learn and work with senior team members.
