Description

Main Tasks
Develop and characterize processes for new package/platform enabler.
Responsible to communicate technical updates with project team on respective process.
Provides technical input on process/equipment solutions for assigned new package or platform.
Responsible to mitigate process risk from early development phase and responsible to drive for technical solution prior to release.
Lead reliability investigation related to process issues.
Demonstrate technical leadership on process owned and responsible for pass down to CPE.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and technology studies to input on Nexperia Process roadmap.
