Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Discover and researching trustworthy suppliers, estimate and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
• Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunity and work our strategy of purchase.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Work on cost-saving initiatives and efficiency enhancements.
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Supply Chain & Logistic Management, Purchasing or related field of study.
• Minimum with 5 years of working experience in procurement or supply chain with strong suppliers' network.
• Candidates with working experience in building material, construction and manufacturing related industries will be plus.
• Strong sourcing and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, adaptable to frequent changes, good in time management and work with minimum supervision.
• Well-verse in Microsoft Excel data analysis functions.
