Project Manager

Responsible to lead and manage the assigned project through initiation, planning, execution, control and completion.

To deliver as per clients expectation and management team requirement.

1. To perform project planning:

- establish project scope, create work plans with task, milestones, timelines and estimate resources requirement.

2. Budget and resource management:

- monitor and manage project budget, track expenses internal & external resources, based on the project budget as provided by Commercial manager.

3. Risk management:

- analyze, identify and highlight potential risk to the customer and management team. To provide recommendation and implement the approved contigency and mitigation plans.

4. Stakeholder communication:

- Updates internal and external regularly on the project status. To manage expectation and situation accordingly. Capable to communicate confidently with multiple level of parties including to conduct briefing/presentation.

5. Quality assurance:

- To monitor and inspect quality of works as per standard/expectations. Scope covers the project, engineering services and documentation.

6. Team leadership:

- Able to perform resource management and assign responsibilities, coordinate & manage resources, motivate team member and create sense of urgency to meet the RFS.
